This yogic healing system takes you step by step through meditation and awareness exercises that awaken your innate healing power.

You will learn how to live in the Healing Space we have within us and how to practice using the sensitive process that leads to awareness, balance, inner happiness, peace and flexibility – the essentials of healing with your presence.
